Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order, but can even be earlier, as fast as 5 days depending on your location.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on where you and your items are located.
In accordance to the law, we are required to state the full value of your order for customs purposes; however most of our customers have no issues with parcels being stuck at Customs. Charges applicable for purchases will solely depend on your location since customs policies may vary from country to country.
Payments can be done through your Paypal accounts or credit/debit cards which is guaranteed safe and secure with our PCI-compliant payment gateways.
- Open the site and click on the item you wish to buy.
- Select the options available to you like color, size, etc. (if applicable), then click on “Add To Cart”.
- You will then be directed to your Shopping Cart Summary or a cart drawer at the upper right portion of your screen. If you wish to continue browsing for more items, you can close if for the meantime but if you want to proceed to payment, click on the “CHECKOUT” button. For payments, you can (1) click the PayPal button to activate PayPal’s secure payment process or (2) click on the “CHECKOUT” button to proceed to Pink Aurora Sky’s standard secure checkout progress. Once on the page, you may again choose to pay using your PayPal balance, or continue using your debit/credit card.
- If you get directed to the checkout page, fill out the necessary information and always double check order summary after every update you make (e.g. when you are adding a shipping method, or applying a discount code.)
- Confirm your mailing address and phone number so it can be included on the delivery notice so you can be reached or contacted in case you're not home when your package arrives.
- For the last step of the checkout process, proceed with payment using your debit/credit card or PayPal balance. Once done, always confirm and double check your payment information.
- Once everything is checked, you may proceed by clicking on the “Complete Order” button. You will then be redirected to the thank you/order status page. It’s advisable to bookmark or take note of the information on this page since it contains details (e.g. order tracking number) which are vital to monitor the status of your purchase or any relevant updates.
